Kilo D6 and Kilo 96 are energy analyzers and data managers microprocessor based outstanding flexibility and accuracy designed to meet the most demanding applications of monitoring of electrical parameters and electrical energy management. By continuously sampling the waveforms of voltages and currents with a very high resolution, the maximum accuracy is ensured even in the presence of rapidly varying loads in time (.eg. spot welding). The Kilo devices detects and logs various events with a resolution of one cycle, useful for monitoring the quality of energy (functions related also to the EN 50160 and EN 61000-4-30 standards for the S class).

GIGA PQ BOX NET WEB

Giga PQ Box net Web (current inputs for CTs and current clamps ../1A or ../5A) and Giga F PQ Box net Web (current inputs for Electrex Flexible CTs output in mV) are transportable power quality energy analyzer and web data manager for temporary monitoring of electric energy (quantity and quality) with the possibility, by adding other external Electrex devices (via RS485 master and ExpBus ports), to monitor in a synchronous way (same reference clock) also other energy parameters (such as gas, water, steam, etc.), environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, luminosity, CO2, etc.) and process parameters.

Optional, an UPS ROUTER GIGA BOX Kit is available, consisting of a watertight shock resistant case with safety locks, a single-phase UPS 500VA with two output sockets 230Vac for blackout protection, a battery 12 Vdc 4.5Ah and a Wireless WI-FI Router with 3G UMTS and Ethernet port. It ensures an autonomy of more than 5 hours and has a typical charging time of 4 hours.

Exa RJ45 H (6 for DIN rail or 96x96 in cutout) is an energy analyzer and data manager with microprocessor extremely versatile and precise, designed to meet the most sophisticated applications of electrical parameter monitoring and power management in industrial, tertiary, public and residential. The high accuracy class 0.5S for the active energy and the measurements of the harmonics up to the 51st order is obtained by continuously sampling the waveforms of voltages and currents with a very high resolution, thus ensuring maximum accuracy even in the presence of rapidly variable loads over time (e.g. spot welders). The Exa net H Web in addition to having all the features of the Exa RJ45 H is also a Web Server for the configuration of itself and the devices in the subnet via Web Browser.

Femto ECT RJ45 D6 H is an energy analyzer and data manager with microprocessor extremely versatile and precise, designed to meet the most sophisticated applications of monitoring electrical parameters and electricity management in the tertiary, industrial, public and residential sectors. The high accuracy class 0.5S for the active energy and the measurements of the harmonics up to the 51st order is obtained by continuously sampling the waveforms of voltages and currents with a very high resolution, thus ensuring maximum accuracy even in the presence of rapidly variable loads over time (eg spot welders). The Femto ECT D6 only work with the Electrex ECT current transformers. In addition to having all the features of the RJ45 H version, the Femto net D6 H Web is also a Web Server for the configuration of itself and the devices in the subnet via Web Browser.

LYRA

The Lyra devices, in their elegant and functional enclosure, are the ideal solution for applications of measurement, monitoring and management of energy and environmental parameters in the commercial and residential sector. The Lyra series can be used also for remote control, alarm management, building automation, and similar applications. The Lyra ECT Net H is also available in the self-supplied version at 12VDC with a back-up battery to keep the microprocessor and any temperature, humidity and light sensors connected to it active in the event of power failures. It is compliant exclusively with Electrex ECT current transformers.

The Exa series consists of microprocessor-based energy meters / analyzers suitable for harsh environments. A simple keyboard programming allows to set all operating parameters such as RS485 port, network type, LV / MV, CT and eventual VT ratio (free setting), integration time (1-60 min.) and depending on the version: analog outputs, digital outputs, relay and alarm outputs (thresholds, delay and hysteresis), analog and digital inputs. The programming system is password protected against unwanted changes. Exa MID is instead suitable for insertions in three-phase 3 and 4 wires low voltage systems.

The Femto D4 are energy meters/analyzers, while the Atto D4 are energy transducers/analyzers, extremely versatile and precise, designed to satisfy the most sophisticated applications for monitoring electrical parameters and managing energy in the civil, commercial and industrial sectors.

Equipped with RS485 port, LED for active energy, indication of the phases sequence, 4 x operating time counters and firmware upgradeable remotely, they are also available in versions with digital inputs and / or digital or analogue outputs. Their programming system is password protected.

A simple keyboard programming allows the setting of all the operational parameters such as grid type, LT/HT, CT and VT ratios (free setting) integration time (1-60 min), digital output and alarms (thresholds, delays, hysteresis), digital input, RS485 serial communication. Atto RCM ECT

The Atto RCM D4 ECT is a residual current device designed to monitor current leakage (differential currents) within low voltage electrical systems in order to improve preventive maintenance. The instrument is equipped with three measurement channels and two integrated alarms that alert in case the threshold values are exceeded as well as can be used for communication and/or warning purposes. The Atto RCM D4 ECT is a monitoring device, which cannot be used for protection or life-saving purposes in electrical installations, therefore, it does not contribute to fulfilling the function of protection in the event of a fault occurrence.

FEMTO 4HALL DC

Femto 4Hall RJ45 D6 is an energy analyzer and data manager for the measurement of electrical parameters in direct current and logging of energy. It can be transformed, via the activation of Upgrade (PUK) option, in a net version (becoming Web Data Manager) serving as a bridge and data-logger also for other Electrex devices connected behind it in RS485. The net version is also a FTP and Web Server, including the Upgrade Web option, displaying on a web page measurements available on the instruments’ display.

The Femto 4Hall D6 uses exclusively the split current transformers Electrex CTS DC HALL (4 current inputs for up to 4 Hall effect transformers). The Femto 4Hall D6 includes the NFC technology that opens the possibility for the creation of specific APPs for mobile devices regarding energy management. Suitable for applications in renewable energy generation, storage, telecom, data-centers, and other DC systems.

DC energy transducers ATTO DC and ATTO DC 3I

Atto D4 DC & Atto DC 3I

Atto D4 DC is a DC energy transducer designed to meet the most demanding applications of electrical parameters analyses and energy supply monitoring in the photovoltaic systems, telecommunication, battery storage systems, and many more. The Atto D4 DC HALL has the same features of the Atto D4 DC but it has been designed for the CTS DC Hall current transformers.

Atto DC 3I is a DC transducer / energy analyzer designed to measure simultaneously three strings of a photovoltaic system. Atto DC 3I measures directly the DC voltages up to 300 V. For higher voltages, up to 900 V, it is needed the voltage divider with a 3/1 ratio (e.g. 900 V input >> 300 V output).

The instruments can be integrated with other Electrex products in order to set up a monitoring system for energy or other parameters (temperature, humidity, luminosity, etc.), alarms even with remote access (via GSM / Internet). In this way it is possible to constantly monitor the status of the system, to promptly and automatically check the possible malfunctions (e.g. a string of the photovoltaic plant that stops producing energy), any theft or tampering (e.g. of solar modules) or the access to restricted areas.

RS485 input - output modules D2 or D4

The RS485 Module are devices to be included in an Electrex RS485 monitoring network for adding digital and/or analog inputs/outputs and/or sensors for environmental parameters. Are available in two different sizes: 2 DIN rail modules (RS485 module D2) and 4 DIN rail modules (RS485 module D4). The RS485 module D2 must be used with an external power supply of 24Vdc (e.g. switching power supply D1 24VDC 400mA code PFTP100-Q2) while the RS485 module D4 must be powered at 230Vac (other power supply versions on request).

The communication speed of the RS485 port is configurable, up to 38400 bps, with a max. 125 registers requested (equivalent to 62 parameters) with no waiting time between two requests, thus assuring a high speed. The protocol used is the Modbus-RTU “full compliant” suitable for communicating with a PLC or SCADA.

YOCTO NET D6 WEB

Yocto net D6 Web is a network gateway and energy automation device for the supervision and the energy management of any kind of system in the industrial, commercial, civil, renewable energies, etc. Using Yocto net D6 Web and the other measuring devices of the Electrex product range makes possible to manage, with a single system, any kind of energy data and environmental parameters: electricity, gas, water, compressed air, temperature, humidity, luminosity, CO2, etc.

Yocto net D6 Web allows to connect simultaneously from different locations via Ethernet to the Electrex devices connected on its RS485 or ExpBus port. It serves also as a Modbus TCP/IP, WEB and FTP server. Yocto net Wi-Fi D6 Web and Yocto net Wi-Fi EDA D6 Web versions allow to connect to an existing Wi-Fi network and control the instruments part of the same network from any device with a browser (PC, smart-phone, tablet, etc.).

The panels of the Libra product family represent a “Plug & Play” solution with built-in advanced technology for the monitoring and management of electrical loads, energy production from renewable sources, other utilities (such as electricity, water, compressed air, natural gas, steam) and environmental parameters. The Libra net communicates via Ethernet and/or Wi-Fi in an existing Wi-Fi network and can be the starting point for more structured monitoring systems with the ability to set up a network / sub-network with other Electrex devices.

The Libra net Wide are Libra net but in a wider panel which can contain additional Electrex RS485 devices for monitoring more electric loads, environmental and process parameters. The Libra Expansion instead are panels containing Electrex devices with RS485 port that can be connected in a sub-network as expansions of the Libra net.

In addition to the energy vectors, the Electrex monitoring and control solutions may include also environmental parameters. One way to integrate these parameters is by adding to the same monitoring system one or more sensors from the one provided by Electrex. The sensors may be connected in an RS485 network (Deca Sensor RS485 or RS485 Node Box SI with Sensor Bus); or via the wireless protocol E-Wi 2.4 Ghz or E-Wi at 868MHz; or connected to the Ethernet / Wi-Fi via Electrex devices with built-in SI module (Net series and Libra panel with built-in SI module).

Depending on the type of connection / sensor used it is possible to measure one or more parameters such as: ambient temperature, temperature on contact (e.g. PV panels, in and out boiler’s water temperature), relative humidity, luminosity, pressure, differential pressure, as well as count the impulses from energy, gas, water, etc. meters.

The variety of sensors allow to set up applications for indoor/outdoor environmental parameters monitoring in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. While in Energy Automation applications the sensors can be used for remote controlling, alarm and notification management and building automation.

The Deca Coordinator RS485 E-Wi 868 12Vdc is a device that can be connected in RS485 subnet to a Gateway datalogger of the Net series (Libra net, Kilo net, Exa net, Femto ECT net, Lyra net, etc.). It is the coordinator of the wireless network on the frequency of 868MHz (Wireless) managing 'end devices' such as the multifunction sensors Deca Sensor E-Wi 868 TH, which transmit the measurements of temperature and relative humidity via radio at 868MHz using the E-Wi protocol.

The Deca Sensor E-Wi 868, in its elegant and functional enclosure, is the ideal solution for environmental and process measurement & monitoring applications in indoors and outdoors in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. It can be used in an Electrex energy monitoring network, and, in combination with Electrex devices of the Net series, in many other energy automation applications, including: remote control, alarm management and building automation.

CTs FLEXIBLE SPLIT

Flexible current transformers based on the Rogowsky principle for the measurement of currents from 250A to 4000A, can be used exclusively with the Electrex Femto D4 F RS485, Exa 96 F RS485, Exa F Net , Kilo F and Giga F QF Box series. On request they can be calibrated together with the corresponding measuring device in order to obtain further accuracy.

These flexible current transformers represent the ideal solution for an easy and time saving installation of the Electrex instruments as can be mounted rapidly on the AC load conductors and avoid to power off the circuits. They can also be used when the conductors are large in size or the available space is limited.

The split core current transformers Mini Series are suitable for the measurement of AC loads or DC loads (DC Hall series).

Equipped with a snap-on screwless mounting system, are the ideal solution for an easy and time saving installation of the Electrex instruments, in situations where it is not possible to disconnect the power supply.

Their high accuracy, even at low currents / powers, makes possible to be used also for the management of the power quality.

The split core current transformers feature an innovative fast snap-on system. The current transformer opens simply by pressing the release button while a slight pressure ensures a robust and safe CT re-closing achieving a perfect matching of the magnetic circuit.

The split core current transformers are suitable for application on power busbars (by means of the multipoint insulated fixing screws) as well as directly on any power cable. The use of the split core CTs is easy, economic and competitive.

Energy Brain is a software for the management of energy as producer, consumer or both, as prosumer.
