Industrial relays

Industrial relays

RELOG stands for state-of-the-art electromechanical switch relays that meets the requirements of modern industrial control systems in terms of its electric and structural parameters. The RELOG relay is used in industrial plants that require a reliable relay designed for long-term use.

The wide variety of available models makes it possible to adapt to the majority of applications, including available options for the control voltage as well as contact designs and signaling. The switching relays of the RELOG series are supplied in housings with a plug-in connection.

The relays in the RH series (RH04, RH32, RH33, RH34) can be used as switching relays in the engineering and control technology based on direct or alternating current.

Thanks to the design type (closed housing construction), the RH32 is intended for use in challenging industrial applications. This design prevents the ambient air from reaching the contactor contacts.

Interlocking relays

Interlocking relays

The special relay types 2 RH60 — SSP AC and 2 RH60 — SSP DC can be used wherever it is important to fix the switching state achieved despite power failure or where a pulse contact must be implemented in a continuous contact. Control through pulses enables substantial power reduction, and is therefore particularly advantageous for battery-operated systems.

The functioning is based on a remanent relay which, actuated by pulses, changes its switching state and locks the assumed switching state magnetically. The switching state is retained even in the event of loss of voltage of all inputs.

Discrepancy control switch / Discrepancy indicator switch

Comutator de control discrepanță - Comutator de indicare discrepanță

The SM2 control discrepancy switch is used not only to control the circuit breakers and disconnectors, but also to monitor and display its switch status in mimic diagrams and illuminated circuit diagrams, that depict the switch front as a symbol of the switch position. Once illuminated, this shows that the position of the control discrepancy switch does not correspond to the assigned circuit breaker. The control discrepancy switch may be used in the preselection circuit – meaning the new switch position is preselected by changing the switch symbol in the mimic diagram. Only then is the switching command issued for the circuit breaker.

The BM2 discrepancy indicator switch is used as command switch not only for controlling switches, but also for monitoring and displaying their switch status in mimic diagrams and illuminated circuit diagrams for electrical systems. They can also be used to display the position of valves and pipe systems.

The position of the assigned switch or valve is displayed by the control button. When the switch button illuminates, this shows that the switching status of the assigned switch or valve no longer corresponds to the position of the indicator switch. As a result, the indicator switch is perfect for use in plants where the switching status is monitored independently from the switching point.

Signaling relays

Signaling relays

The RA70 relay is used for signaling and monitoring operating conditions, interruptions and faults in energy generation or distribution and in almost all the industrial installations.

The trip signal, including faults and power interruptions, is saved until it has been acknowledged by manual operation of dropped indicator that the defect which caused the signal, is rectified. The contacts of the signaling relay, activated by the trip signals, can be used for visual and/or acoustic alarms or to control additional relays.

RA70 signaling relay with double coil system, having nominal voltages 24VDC and respectively 230VAC, is an available version that makes possible the independent tripping from two separate places.

Annunciator systems

Annunciator systems

The MBAS 0600 annunciator alarm system provides a visual alarm of several signals (between 2 and 16 notifications depending on the model) in a compact housing that can be installed in standardized door frames or switchboard panels.

The alarm is signaled via bright, integrated LEDs and at the same time, an outgoing relay is also actuated which serves as a collective notification and can be used, for example, to control an external acoustic alarm. Remote operation of the devices includes inputs for acknowledging and muting the acoustic alarm, as well as for testing and resetting the annunciator system.

Measuring and monitoring relays

Measuring and monitoring relays

Measuring and monitoring relays are an excellent lower-cost alternative to digital protection systems to minimize or even rule out, not only the effects of electrical faults in switchboards, wiring or transformers, but also any risk to individuals.

The overvoltage / undervoltage relays, the overcurrent / undercurrent relays, the earth-fault detection relays, the phase sequence relays and the potential isolating relays ensure quick and selective error detection and can isolate the potential fault to facilitate the continued operation of the networks.

Time relays

Time relays

The electronic time relays of the ZM 99 series, have a mounting width of 22.5 mm and can be used for implementing time-delayed switching processes in starting, control and monitoring systems. The time relays are available in a range of versions with different functions and for various voltages and time frames.

The time relay type ZM109 for industrial panels, has an installation size of 70 mm x 70 mm and is suitable for a wide voltage range from 90 V up to 265 V AC/DC. The relay ZM109 allows the parametrization of six different functions: On-delay, Off-delay, On-time pulse, Off-time pulse, Clock pause starting and Clock pulse starting.
